Mr. Daniel Atchulo is currently the Head of Works at the Bolgatanga Municipal Assembly and has over fifteen (15) years of experience in Local Government Service. He was previously a District Water and Sanitation Engineer at the Kassena Nankana West District Assembly and a consultant for Billmass Construction Limited, a construction firm.

Mr. Atchulo served as works superintendent at Ideas & Shapes where he supervised the construction of projects in the Yendi District Assembly, the East Gonja District Assembly and the West Gonja District Assembly, among others.

Mr. Atchulo holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering Project Management from Coventry University. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Building Technology from Sunyani Polytechnic in 2011, following a Higher National Diploma in the same field from Tamale Polytechnic in 2003. Earlier in his academic journey, he obtained a Three-Year Post-Secondary Certificate “A” from Bagabaga Teacher Training College in 1994 and an Ordinary Level Certificate from Wa Secondary School in 1991.
