Mr. Isaac Issahaku Mumuni was appointed as Director, Human Resources on July 14, 2025. Prior to his appointment, he was Deputy Director, Human Resource and Management Directorate, Ministry of Defence.

Isaac is a seasoned public sector professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management, policy coordination, and administrative leadership. He has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy, promoting staff welfare, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Mr. Mumuni’s career spans key roles in both the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Finance, where he led initiatives in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and donor coordination. His expertise lies in developing performance-driven systems, designing impactful training programs, and aligning human capital development with national policy goals.

He holds an International Master’s in Public Administration from Tsinghua University in China and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Buea, Cameroon. He also has a Certificate in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Certificate in Investment Appraisal and Risk Management from the University of Ghana Business School.
