ING. FRANK ASIRIFI OTCHERE was appointed as Director for System Operations in September 2022.

With over 25 years’ experience working in the power sector in Ghana, especially in power system operation and planning as well as SCADA Systems. Frank Otchere was the manager of the System Control Centre (SCC), the hub responsible for providing electrical power dispatch services. Frank Otchere is an Electrical Engineer with a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Ing. Otchere is the Chairman of the Power Planning Technical Committee (PPTC) and a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE).
