DZIFA AMEGASHIE was appointed to the Board in September 2017.

She is a Corporate Finance professional with 25 years of experience in banking and finance.

She is currently the Head of Corporate and Investor Relations at CAL Bank, a listed financial institution on the Ghana Stock Exchange. Dzifa has held leadership positions in corporate finance in Anglophone and Francophone West Africa and has been involved in raising capital for Ghanaian companies through various corporate actions.

She has previously worked for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Ernst & Young and Tertium Consulting Limited.
